Village Glen Flexicare deliver services across the Frankston City Council and Mornington Peninsula region, to clients living in their own homes under the Home Care Packages and Veterans Home Care program.

No two days will be the same in this highly varied role. Here's just a taste of what you'll be up to:

Assist the Home Support Partner in delivering care and support into the client's home

Delivering great customer service and reporting client feedback
What can you bring?

You'll need to be broad-minded, empathetic and bring a diverse range of experience to the table with you, as well as a Cert. III / IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Care or Aged Care. (If you're currently working towards a Cert. III qualification, that's ok too).

The Village Glen, one of the largest and most well-appointed retirement communities on the Mornington Peninsula, is seeking a Home Support Partner to join our team working in the Home Care Packages (HCP) Program. The HCP program provides community-based services to frail older people who have complex care needs and live in the Mornington Peninsula & Frankston City Council catchments.

In this permanent part-time position, you will be responsible for the provision and co-ordination of quality care that meets the individual needs of the client and the program standards and guidelines.
